Commission Terms:
I WILL NOT refund you if YOU back out of your commission.
If for any reason I cannot finish your commission, you will be refunded.
If you file a chargeback for a commission, you will NOT be refunded, nor will your commission be completed.ALL ART, REGARDLESS of how it was received retains its proper value. see my comms prices for value, if it is an unlisted type, ask me. I treat my work as a currency not an emotional attachment.Turnaround time is usually same day up to a week. you will be notified if it takes longer. ALL commissions are skeb style (NO WIP images will be provided unless i feel it is required) due to my work speed. you will only be contacted if i need information.I don't typically do revisions due to how i work. i do not save layer files after a commission is completed. small revisions may be able to be done free of charge. However large revisions will have an extra charge. I will not make revisions with the cause of being provided incorrect or incomplete information. please provide all information needed upfront and make sure your reference is accurate.If doing a trade i expect to be provided what i am owed. If i am not provided with what is owed after completing my end of the trade for any reason you will be blacklisted and in the case of unpaid custom work, said unpaid custom will be revoked and may be resold. if you are caught uploading [unpaid] work that you do not have the rights to, you will be reported for theft. I can accept compensation in the event that a trade cannot be completed for some reason.ALL work [excluding gifts/artfight] MUST be compensated. Cancellations after completed work is delivered are not accepted. You WILL be reported if left unpaid/uncompensated.Design/Adopt Terms:
Characters created by me may be sold/traded/gifted/etc. regardless of how you got them or how much they were bought for. This also includes characters received for free.I do not monitor or track my sold designs in any way. You are completely welcome to private or even delete them entirely.
Once a design is sold to you, i do not hold any legal right to tell you what to do with your own character. Do as you please, i do not care.
If you no longer want a character designed by me, i do not want them back unless explicitly stated otherwise.The only time a character will EVER be revoked is if you are caught doing something heinous and illegal [ie: pedophilia, zoophilia, etc.] with VALID proof of accusation. Otherwise, even if you are blacklisted, i will NEVER revoke a character from you.Other terms:
Most characters owned by me are FULLY PRIVATE. I will NOT answer questions regarding any character's whereabouts. That is my business and my business alone. I do not usually own designs by others now due to various issues. I do not like feeling like im being stalked because i own things. I respect your privacy so I expect the same in return. If you cannot detach yourself emotionally from designs you sell and feel you must have access to them, do not work with me.If you have a problem with me for ANY reason, contact me directly and be clear and professional about what the problem is. I will do my best to resolve any issues.I DO NOT ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING DESIGN/ADOPT TERM TYPES: do not sell if not purchased, do not private, do not remove from toyhouse, do not make nsfw/gore/etc., do not redesign, any form of revocation.
